Justin Fitchko specializes in retirement and investment planning at DayMark Wealth Partners, which he joined in 2023. He creates customized, goal-based plans for clients using our tried-and-true process. Justin loves guiding our clients through life transitions and helping them navigate complex financial decisions.

Previously Justin worked for 17 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he was an Investment Officer and Senior Quantitative Choice Portfolio Manager. He began his career as a Financial Statement Auditor for Deloitte & Touche.

He earned both his MBA in Finance and his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Dayton. Justin also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation through the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.

Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his kids, playing golf in the summer and skiing in the winter. Justin also stays active in his local community.

With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Stephanie Swedlow joined DayMark Wealth Partners in 2023 from Wells Fargo Advisors, where she was a Senior Client Associate. She manages a variety of daily operational tasks for our practice. She focuses on building personal connections with our clients by keeping up with major transitions and changes in their lives. She completes tasks efficiently and provides a high level of attention, so our clients know they can rely on our team.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Ohio University and has completed additional business coursework at Cleveland State University.

She lives in Bainbridge Township, Ohio, with her husband and two kids, Mya and Max. Stephanie enjoys walking, reading, boating, and visiting new places with her family. She volunteers at the Cleveland Food Bank and the Chagrin Lagoons Yacht Club, where she is a member.
