Jason M. Beischel, CFP®

Jason Beischel, CFP®, one of the seven founders of DayMark Wealth Partners, has been in the financial industry since 1999 and has been a registered financial advisor since 2002. Jason focuses on discre­tionary port­folio management. He provides financial leadership to help our clients and their families identify and attain their goals. Jason does this by providing direction with their investments, emotional support during periods of market volatility, and sensible investment strategies that help them achieve their objectives.

Jason previously worked as a Financial Advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors beginning in 2006. He earned his CFP® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Jason is a lifelong Cincinnati resident. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of Walnut Hills High School.

He is very active in the community through various charitable organizations. Jason is a board member on the Green Beret Foundation and volunteers his time coaching youth sports. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife Rebecca and their two children.  

P.J. Boland, CPWA®

P.J.’s main goal is to help empower the DayMark team’s clients and their families in achieving their goals throughout the changes of life. He also partners with clients to help navigate the family wealth dynamics and governance across the generations. P.J. works with clients and their other trusted advisors to help them build and sustain their wealth using collective intelligence and collaboration. He wants to ensure changes made during times of stress are well thought out and reflect client’s risk sensitivities and management discipline. Holding the client experience in the highest regard, P.J. is committed to communication, trust, and transparency. The DayMark process of simplifying the complexity of wealth for a select number of affluent families requires us to keep very strict metrics on the number of households we service.

P.J. has previously worked for Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. He worked for Merrill Lynch for 11 years, and in 2003 formed a partnership with Bob Prangley. They moved their partnership to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2007. He holds a series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. In 2020, P.J. obtained the Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation from the Investment Wealth Institute. The CPWA designation requires adherence to a strict code of ethics and ongoing additional education to maintain the designation. Attaining this designation signifies his commitment to clients and helping them manage the dynamics of wealth by taking a holistic and multidiscipline approach.

A graduate of Miami University with a B.A. in Political Science, P.J. has lived in Cincinnati for more than 20 years.  P.J. was a college athlete and was involved as a coach with Cincinnati Moeller’s wrestling program in the past. He is currently a HOST mentor at Oyler School in Lower Price Hill, working on a weekly basis with students from first to third grade on reading and comprehension. P.J. and his wife Sara have eight children and live in Loveland, OH.

Daryl J. Demo

Daryl Demo, one of the seven founders of DayMark Wealth Partners, has been in the financial industry since 1987. Daryl provides customizable and flexible advice along with ongoing guidance to our clients. Daryl works to partner with individuals, families, and businesses in the areas of wealth accumulation, liability management, business succession, retirement income for life and legacy/estate planning. This process requires access to the financial markets including asset managers, lenders, private equity, and venture capital.

Working in the Financial Services field and serving clients for more than 30 years, Daryl has been through nearly every market cycle imaginable. Client solutions have evolved and are becoming more and more complex, and so has the wealth management world around them. Throughout Daryl’s career, he has worked with high-net-worth clients who are mostly self-made and share the same work ethic and family values. Daryl cherishes his relationships with his clients, and they are the reason that he has not retired.

Daryl received a Bachelors of Science from Clarkson University. He graduated with distinction and received a double major in Accounting and Business Law and Finance and Economics. He has sat on several committee boards for local charities and was elected to the board of Wetherington Golf and Country club where he lives and ran finance for the club. Daryl enjoys sharing his time between West Chester, Ohio and Naples, Florida where he and his wife, Tammy, of 28 years, have a second home. He also serves clients in that area as well. Daryl enjoys golfing, boating, fishing and vacationing with friends, family and clients. Daryl and Tammy share 3 children and have 9 wonderful grandchildren they are deeply involved with.

Mike Larison, AAMS®

For more than 30 years, Mike has had the privilege of providing highly personalized services to help individuals and families meet their financial needs.

Before joining DayMark Wealth Partners, Mike began his career at Merrill Lynch in Chicago, returning to Cincinnati in 1991 to continue his career with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors.

Mike spends his free time with his wife, Marian and as much as he can with their three kids.  Both Mike and Marian like to stay active, golfing, sailing or skiing depending on the season.

Robert E. Prangley, II, CIMA®

Bob Prangley began his career in 1991 and draws on his decades of experience coaching and guiding high net-worth families and individuals, foundations and private businesses. He works with affluent families to create long-term wealth strategies, comprising of investment management, tax minimization strategies and estate investment planning strategies. Bob’s focus is on an outcome of bridging generational awareness that supports and grows family wealth, values and purpose.

Before joining DayMark Wealth Partners, Bob was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch for more than 16 years. He later joined Wells Fargo Advisors. In his previous experience, he founded The Prangley Boland Investment Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, where he engaged and competed on behalf of clients to support, clarify, and define their goals.

As a student athlete, Bob earned his BA in Economics and Psychology from Miami University. In 2005, Bob earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) by the Investment Management Consultants Association. In 2020, Bob successfully completed the executive program of Applied Business Analytics at MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds Series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, as well as life, health and annuity insurance licenses. Bob has also been named a Premier Advisor* by Wells Fargo Advisors each year since 2013.

Outside of the office, Bob has also found great success in many pursuits, including serving as a former swim coach for the Cincinnati Marlins, St. Xavier High School and St. Ursula Academy. His passion to teach and coach athletes to prepare with purpose and focus on effort has led to unlocking the value of applied life lessons. The breakthrough results have led to many All Americans, and most importantly a unique community that teaches how to cast a vision within the great unlock.  Bob also is a Trustee of the Ursulines of Cincinnati Charitable Trust, and a former advisory board member at the Williams College of Business.

Originally from the Cincinnati area, Bob currently resides in Wyoming. He is a life learner of organizational culture, business models and athletic training. Bob and his wife, Lauren, have three children, ages 24, 22 and 18.

Mike Quin

Mike Quin is one of the seven founders of DayMark Wealth Partners. Mike is responsible for managing the firm and growing the business through acquiring elite advisory practices throughout the state of Ohio and the country. He is focused on delivering a unique Multi-Family Office strategy to only the very best Advisors who choose DayMark. Through DayMark’s triangulation of advice, he has helped create a conflict free model in which Advisors, for their clients, are able to create, build and preserve Generations’ Worth of Wealth.

Mike has 24 years’ experience in the Private Wealth Management Industry. Mike has spent the majority of his career in Senior Leadership running the Private Client Group Businesses in Ohio and Connecticut at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and most recently, since 2013 at Wells Fargo Advisors. During his time at Wells Fargo Advisors Mike served as The Ohio Market Manager and was recognized as a Premier Manager every year he was with the firm. Mike also was a member of the Executive Committee for the firms Women’s Initiative.

A graduate of Ohio University, he also attended The Wharton School where he received the SIFMA Certificate from Securities Industry Institute. Mike sits on the Board of the Karen Carns Foundation and is involved in many initiatives to help children throughout the communities in which DayMark does business. Mike enjoys playing golf, being on the water or any activity with his family. He is married to Christina, who also attended Ohio University and went to High School in Chagrin Falls. They have three kids Jack, who attends the University of Cincinnati, Kate, who attends the University of South Carolina and Kevin who is a Senior at Moeller High School in Cincinnati.

Steven L. Satter

Steve Satter is one of the seven founders of DayMark Wealth Partners. Steve is responsible for all legal matters involving the firm and assisting the other members in managing and growing the firm.

Steve attended undergraduate school at Loyola University –Chicago and law school at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to attending college, Steve worked for the Long Island Railroad, where he started out as trackman and then enjoyed the majority of his railroad career as a locomotive engineer. During Steve’s 25-year career as an attorney, Steve has worked in private practice, spent seven years as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Cook County State’s attorney’s office in Chicago. In his most recent experience, Steve served as in-house counsel for Wells Fargo for the past 14 years, where he managed litigation matters for the firm.

Steve is married to Robin and they have two dogs, Maddie and Riley. When away from work, Steve enjoys playing golf and the guitar and enjoys traveling.

Eric K. Larison, CFP®

Eric is a Wealth Manager for DayMark Wealth Partners. As a CFP® he helps clients create and implement their financial plan to achieve their financial goals.

In his previous experience, he worked for Wells Fargo Advisors beginning in 2016 as a Financial Advisor.

Eric graduated with his Bachelor of Science from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in 2016. Eric currently lives in Maderia, Ohio, and enjoys skiing, golfing and participating in several sand volleyball leagues around Cincinnati.

Erica L. Davis

Being one of the first voices to greet individuals at DayMark Wealth Partners, Erica is helpful and listens closely to requests and questions. She takes ownership of client needs, delivering a consistent experience because she cares.

As Director – Client Relations for the team, her responsibilities include ensuring that every client receives dedicated and concierge-level service, coordinating all functions, scheduling and assisting with client requests with a highly personalized touch. Her strengths lie in developing strong relationships with her clients and finding service solutions to meet their needs. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial and planning industry, including knowledge in the complex areas of estate, trust and employee stock options that enhance the services that we provide.

Erica has been working with members of the DayMark team since 2003 and is an integral contributor to solutions, service and morale. She holds her series 7, 63 and 65 securities registrations, as well as her life, health and variable annuity insurance licenses.

While not in the office, you may find Erica at home working in her yard or enjoying her passion for baking and refurbishing antique furniture. Being an outdoor enthusiast, you may also find her out and about the country hiking. Erica and her husband Robert live in Union, KY and have three children, ages 26, 23 and 17, as well as two very pampered dogs.

Kendra J. Elliott

As the Director – Client Relations at DayMark Wealth Partners, Kendra organizes educational events, sets review meetings and further enhances the client experience.

She joined the financial industry in 2018. In her most recent role at Wells Fargo Advisors, she was a Client Associate for four years. Kendra earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Ohio University.

Kendra enjoys volunteering in her community through several organizations. She is a board member for the NRJFL Youth League and coaches her daughter’s soccer & cheerleading teams. She also takes pleasure in riding horses and spending time with her family.
