With more than 45 years of experience in the securities industry, Toni Panovec brings a deep and well-rounded background in both operational and client service roles. Throughout her career, she has held positions including Margin Analyst, Cashier, Dividend Researcher, Securities Transfer Associate, Sales Assistant, and Portfolio Associate, developing extensive expertise across multiple facets of wealth management and financial services.  

Toni began her career in 1979 at Prescott Ball and Turben as a Wire Operator and Secretary within the Margin and New Accounts departments. After 12 years, she joined Shearson Lehman Brothers, where she earned her Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses. Her career continued through the firm’s evolution into Morgan Stanley, where she remained until taking a sabbatical in April 2025.  

Over the course of her career, Toni has built a reputation for exceptional client service, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and personalized support. She is passionate about leveraging her decades of industry experience as a Director of Client Relations, helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence and care.  

Raised in a century home in Cleveland, Toni developed an early appreciation for hard work and problem-solving. She attended Cleveland State University and The University of Akron before beginning her professional career in financial services.  

Today, Toni resides in Medina after relocating from her longtime family home in Cleveland. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in church activities, gardening, needlework, and traveling.
