With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Tom helped form the Hofstetter Baron Group of DayMark Wealth Partners in 2024. He focuses on creating customized investment plans for high net-worth individuals, families, executives, and business owners.

Prior to founding his own firm, he worked at UBS, Morgan Stanley, and most recently at Wells Fargo Advisors as a Managing Director.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Connecticut. Prior to joining the financial services industry, Tom spent 3 years as an Artillery Captain in the U.S. Army. He currently resides in Westport, Connecticut with his wife, Veronica, and sons, Noah, Henry and Oliver.
